Regular Placements
- 3. SOS will refer temps seeking benefit-eligible positions, whose skills match the requirements of your department and schedule interviews at your convenience.
- 4. Once you have made your selection, notify SOS of your choice and desired start date for the assessment period.

Transfer to Benefit Eligible
After you have had sufficient opportunity to ensure the temp possesses the necessary skills and will be a good match, you may hire the temp into a benefit eligible position without posting on the Job Opportunities List.
- 1. Contact SOS to request a transfer. (A two-week notice is required.)
- 2· Contact Human Resouce Services to confirm start date and discuss salary.
