Parallel Dates
|
PeopleSoft HR/Payroll ParallelPrior to actual "go live" for the HR/Payroll application in PeopleSoft, there is a testing and training period called "Parallel." During this time, departments complete two sets of PAFs, i.e., the current form and also a form designed to capture the data needed for PeopleSoft. In addition, during Parallel, department payroll processors are asked to test payrolls using WebTime. WebTime is a web front-end application developed to facilitate the collection of hours worked for biweekly employees and adjustments to monthly pay and paid time off (for both monthly and biweekly employees).
