Human Resources Development CommitteeThe Human Resources Development Committee (HRDC) is made up of approximately 80 Human Resources representatives from every department across the MU campus. The members meet once a month to discuss current HR issues (e.g., policy changes, PeopleSoft implementation, etc.) Human Resource Services (HRS) hosts the meeting. This regular meeting provides a forum for relaying current news to the HRDC members. In addition, it provides an opportunity for HRDC members to provide input regarding proposed changes to policies and procedures. |
