New Employee Orientation

You are invited to a New Employee Orientation (NEO) program, which is designed to help new staff employees learn more about the University of Missouri-Columbia. NEO will include information on MU's history, University policies, University facilities, staff responsibilities, staff benefits, and educational opportunities for all new full-time, benefit-eligible employees.

NEO sessions are scheduled for the first and third Wednesdays of each month throughout the year and they are held at the Memorial Union. Check below for specific dates.

The first Wednesday session is held from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.; the third Wednesday session is held from 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. (unless otherwise specified) Feel free to attend the NEO session that best accommodates your schedule.

If you need any special accommodations, please contact the Training and Development office at 882-7976.

If you must drive, parking is available in the University Avenue Parking Garage. Since parking space is limited, you must contact Parking and Transportation Services (882-4568) the day of the orientation and let them know you will be parking in the lot. If you do not have a parking permit, you may purchase a one-day permit for $2.00.
