Enclosed are the recruitment guidelines for administrative, service, and support staff positions. It is our common practice to advertise and post these vacancies on the Employment Opportunities Job List on the World Wide Web at Mizzou Application for a minimum of five (5) days. As part of the institution's affirmative action efforts, we post positions for 10 days where the employment of women and/or minorities is less than would reasonably be expected given their availability.

There are some positions where posting requirements are waived. The specific circumstances for filling positions outside the normal posting process are contained in the enclosed document. Human Resource Services is available to assist you when these circumstances arise.
